the 7 is the BEST IRT Line and it uses the best IRT cars as well.

With the 7 you get perfect elevated train pics, a Rail fan window, frequent trains that come on time and not whenever they feel like, and the 7 train is very fast even on the Local.

I like the , but since it skips my stop during rush hours, I have to prefer the over it. [My station is serviced by both the and the .]

It's more of a subjective thing, rather than a real evaluation of the efficiency of the line, on my part.
