There are a few grade crossings:

River Rd in Smithfield Twp, PA, just north of Delaware Water Gap.

There are a bunch of grade crossings through East Stroudsburg; the line bisects the town, and one in Stroud Twp (N of E. Stbg). Only 3 of those crossings (River Rd, N Courtland St E.S. and Stokes Ave Stroud Twp) have gates, so they will have to be installed for the 4 or 5 other grade crossings in E. Stroudsburg.

No, this is a shorter span, entirely inside PA i believe.
