ExclamationThis Thread is more than 216 days old. It is very likely that it does not need any further discussion and thus bumping it serves no purpose. If you still feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.

WMATA To Officially Suspend Service

WMATA has had a pretty good Friday February 5th but looks like the expected storm is hitting:

Metro To Suspend Bus Service At 9:00pm And Above Ground Rail Service At 11:00pm

Snow Storm Affects Ability To Operate Safe Service

Metrorail
As of 11:00pm Friday February 5th, Metrorail will suspend above ground service and will run in the underground portions only. On Saturday February 6th, Metrorail will run underground only.

Metrobus
As of 9pm, Metrobus will suspend service on all lines until further notice. On Saturday February 6th, Metrobus will not operate.

MetroAccess
MetroAccess has completed all remaining trips for the day. On Saturday February 6th, MetroAccess will not operate.

Metrorail Closes At 11pm Saturday

Sunday Rail Service Limited To Underground Only; No Bus Or Paratransit Service Planned For Sunday.

Metrorail
Metrorail is scheduled to close at 11pm Saturday February 6th and is scheduled to resume underground only service at 7am Sunday February 7th. Metrorail is running underground only as follows:

Yellow Line - Pentagon To Crystal City
Red Line - Medical Center To Union Station And Glenmont To Forest Glen (not reflected on service map)
Orange Line - Ballston To Stadium-Armory
Green Line - Fort Totten To Congress Heights
Blue Line - Ballston To Stadium-Armory

Metrobus
Metrobus is not operating on Saturday February 6th and will not operate on Sunday February 7th due to impassible road conditions.

MetroAccess
MetroAccess is not operating on Saturday February 6th and will not operate on Sunday February 7th due to impassible road conditions.
