As someone said before, NB express by Woodhaven Blvd. It sounds cool if you're standing on the SB platform and the train is going by but even better if you're actually on that train. It works on any car (including R160) and you'll hear it the best if you're standing (or sitting) over the truck area.

The N or Q leaving Canal St. and heading north towards Union Sq. These is usually a nice jolt with the acceleration coming around the bend.
