Has the mainline portion of WOOD (switch connecting E/B express to local track) ever been used? And why did they only build one switch? It seems like one of the most random, and more of them (E/B local to express, W/B x-overs, and W/B express to E/B express) would be more practical, especially with completion of ESA.
