Does anyone know why MCI #3099 is seeing use on local routes? I saw several photos of that same bus as a Q33, a Q34, a Q113, a Q100, a Q101, a Q65, a Q19, a Q66, a Q25, and now a #7 IRT shuttle?

The person who did that is a bus operator on here who operates 3099 and just switched the signs and took pictures for us
