Novabus 5000 Posted April 23, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 23, 2009 Today there was a big stabing by Richmond Hill High School. There were and still are coppers and everything! Buses were being re-routed (Q37 and Q56) I got photos and will put them later.
MTR Admiralty Posted April 23, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 23, 2009 Man, I had qualms when I was walking alone in the area a few weeks ago. I had to take the ACT at Richmond Hill High School.

Y2Julio Posted April 24, 2009 Share #4 Posted April 24, 2009 My office used to get lots of Superintendent Suspension cases from Richmond Hill HS. They would be at our office almost every day of the week. There were some changes made and some schools got shifted around so my office doesn't do cases for Richmond Hill HS anymore otherwise my office would have gotten a case for this incident if the assailant was a student. If the assailant is a student then most likely he'll get a one year school suspension or if he is 18, he'll get expelled from the DOE. That would be on top of whatever criminal charges that the DA would bring.

MTR Admiralty Posted April 24, 2009 Share #10 Posted April 24, 2009 A little bit of everything; drug possession, weapons possession, fights, stabbings, sexual harassment. Oh, I won't be surprised if some of them get big time detentions.
MattTrain Posted April 24, 2009 Share #11 Posted April 24, 2009 This is just sick, can't believe a stabbing would happen there and buses rerouted.
R32 3348 Posted April 25, 2009 Share #12 Posted April 25, 2009 Well, it's on the more shady side of Queens so it's not too surprising. The high schools there must be ridiculous.
Guest Charles Posted April 25, 2009 Share #13 Posted April 25, 2009 I go there a lot and am very familiar with that place. Richmond Hill HS and John Adams HS are jokes of a school. When I took the SATs there I couldn't even go to the bathroom without seeing a security guard every 2 steps...
