I thought so too. It was supposed to open on the 7th, but for whatever reason, the opening date was moved to the 21st.I thought it was already opened?

Once all stations have turnstiles (which they should), paid exit wont be necessary

This weeked, The SIR will only run between Old Town and Tottenvile, starting at 9PM tonight to accomodate the construction at Grasmere.
