In June, they actually have the power to CUT routes, as in no more. Every 6 months they can cut like, 6 routes or something. That's going to be fun...

That's only part of it. If NICE wanted to cut routes, they have to give a certain number of days notice (which has passed) and a public meeting.Not again...
