Great video! Seemed the bus did very well getting up to speed, sounds like Veolia got rid of the governors on those. Love that stretch along the Meadowbrook Pkwy and I'm sure y'all know why! :D

The DD50 + Allison combo doesn't work at low speeds... but when the transmission finally does catch up, the speed is something to behold.
I suppose them removing the governors has also resolved the terrible power loss those hungry Thermo King HVAC units cause in the Orion Vs when they're on.

Yeah, going along the Meadowbrook in an 1800 was my favorite part of the trip.
