Well, we don't have one of these, so here it is:
I found this on NICE's website

n45,n46,n50-EXPECT ROUTE DELAYS Fridays thru August 31st, 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

n45, n46, and n50 buses will be detoured off of Broadway east of the Bellmore LIRR station Friday nights during the summer, due to a weekly car show. Southbound buses will turn off right off of Bellmore Avenue on to the Sunrise Highway, where they will travel west to Bedford Avenue. They will then turn left down Bedford Avenue resuming their regular route.

Please allow additional travel time on this morning, to ensure you arrive at your destination on time

This would actually be a planned service disruption because NICE plans to detour the buses for the expected car show. They're notifying people to expect the changes throughout the summer which hasn't happened yet. I don't think this is unplanned.

I wasn't sure what to all it. Didn't want to call it " planned service disruptions" cuz it would sound like the June cuts.

When I was fanning buses during Chinese Lunar New Year Parade, that was unplanned detour.

I wonder how did the N20/N21 did detour?

Car accident, fire, road is shut down - that is an "unplanned detour." From the amount of accidents I've seen on Merrick Rd causing a detour I could only imagine the unplanned detours drivers of the 4 & 19 the drivers have to deal with.

One time there was unplanned detour due to construction at Bowne St/Sanford Av and I thought NICE B/O was going to follow Q17 detour to Franklin, but used Maple I think, not sure and 2nd bus stop was not affected.
