Are you sure it's an overhaul, not just a repaint?

They repainted a 1996 RTS? With barely a year or so still in service? That's a bizarre decision, looks like it got the whole body done too. I know the bus hadn't been painted in at least five-six years, but still seems odd. Here's a shot of it before for comparison:

Good shot * It's an overhaul it was overhauled weeks ago , 9570 was just overhauled last week .Are you sure it's an overhaul, not just a repaint?

That was a repaint. Not an overhaul.
