So Im sitting here and I just remembered that I had a job that I didnt work for a significant time and I was working it during the same time I had the other job during that time frame. Should I call HR and let them know about it? Will it be a big deal? My start date is July 9th.

You just told HR by posting it here. Better call them and get it on the record!

I'll just let them know to update it. It was an honest mistake.

It shouldn't really be an issue, but you can and should inform them immediately, or when they call you back for final processing of the job. But this is why they suggest everyone go to the social security office to get a print out of you full work history, so you don't forget any jobs you may have worked for really short periods of time, or can't remember that far back,
