While going through page 8-9 of the April issue of Railpace News & Magazine, a photo article was done by John Danielson of a group of Railfans being harassed by a DuPont security guard. As per his article:

"BETTER LIVING, THROUGH CHEMISTRY---But the chemistry just isn't right this day. While a group of Railfans were photographing the daylight 506 coal train from the shoulder of a public road February 20, 2014, DuPont Chemical Company security made an unceremonious appearance. As the 506 approached and the five photographers had their cameras pointed at the train, the rent-a-cop demanded to know what they were taking pictures of. When he was told they were taking pictures of the train, he stated they weren't allowed to photograph the train. When the photographers replied "you don't own the train", the rent-a-cop replied "Yeah, but it's delivering to us". The photographers continued taking pictures because they had the right to do so from he public road. The rent-a-cop then got angry, and one Photographer was able to capture him rudely giving the group an official DuPont Salute before getting back into his vehicle. Railfans-1, DuPont Security-0"

Look a great many companies are very touchy with people taking photos  for what they consider security either because a load of coal will attract the Greens for some demonstration or what they make there because of Homeland Security.

Well at least look at the bright side of things: At least they were not dealing with these ruthless police officers from the PAPD patrolling the PATH. I've had my share of bad experiences even with rookie NYPD officers one time and this was recently. They had the nerve to even try to make me consent to a search! Obviosly I refused!

I told them my rights, and pulled out the MTA rules. Then they tell me about 9/11. Excuse me? So the fact I look Irainian gives you the right to harrass me? I told them 'Am I being detained?' They said no. I then responded by saying end of discussion anfd I left the station. Unbelievable.
