I was actually caught this out of nowhere (Well I saw it passing while I'm on the at Astor Place). Transfer to the Train and took it to Atlantic and I just caught it in time which was lucky. Here's the few photos I took of it since I wasn't really planning on railfanning today. Enjoy 2 Bonus Train Photos From earlier today. Train ran local due to a rail condition at 116th Street on The Uptown Express Tracks. I actually didn't know about it because I just missed the Uptown Train At 96th Street (15-20 minutes headways on top of that) and I hear there's a Uptown Local Train approaching the station which turned out to be the Train and I'm like why is it running local, got on and found out there was a Rail Condition at 116th Street. I was like wow.
