azspeedbullet Posted July 7, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 7, 2015 On BusTime, the Williamsburg Q54 bus stop is labeled as METROPOLITAN AV/WOODHAVEN BL and the Forest Hills Q23 bus stop is labeled as METROPOLITAN AV/TROTTING COURSE LA. When i was at this bus stop earlier this night, i noticed this: Yet the Jamica Bound Q54 bus stop is labeled correctly as METROPOLITAN AV/WOODHAVEN BL. Why is the MTA using Alderton St instead of Woodhaven Blvd or Trotting Course Lane? The street intersection sign says Trotting Course Lane. Google maps shows Alderton St merges with Trotting Course Lane a little further down Trotting Course Lane Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BM5 via Woodhaven Posted July 7, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 7, 2015 Interesting catch. That stop never had the intersection on it for the longest, ever since that stop was placed. Now that they have it, they placed it wrong :tdown: . It's like halfway between Trotting Course and Woodhaven, but I'd go with Woodhaven since the original stop was there, before being moved two times to where it is now.
