As I've been working on tracks, I haven't encountered too many female Track Workers like myself. However, when I do see the occasional female Track Worker, I greet them appropriately and offer a friendly smile. Hopefully, soon I will see more women on the tracks. C'mon women we can do this! I was in Track from 92-94 (Capital Days Bronx) then 3rd rail from 94 on. A flyer came out from the unions Training and Upgrade Fund (TUF) starting in late August they are giving two classes. You have to register for them.
