BreeddekalbL Posted July 23, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 23, 2015 nice pics especially 1270 also the 2nd pic what did they do to the door?
NewFlyer 230 Posted July 23, 2015 Share #3 Posted July 23, 2015 Nice pics those SBS LFSA's on the M15 with the blue background look horrible. It actually reminds me when the pre 1998 buses used the blue back lighting on the RTS and Orions. Those even looked better than the orange and blue we have now
R188 7857 Posted July 23, 2015 Share #4 Posted July 23, 2015 lol, did the bus on the QM17 (3360) have one of it's doors from a D4500CL and one from a D4500CT? anyways, nice shots. the M15 sign looks hideous, blue and orange is one of the worst combos. BM5 via Woodhaven Posted July 24, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted July 24, 2015 nice pics especially 1270 also the 2nd pic what did they do to the door? Thanks, lol. As for the door, R188 7857 basically said it. Nice pics those SBS LFSA's on the M15 with the blue background look horrible. It actually reminds me when the pre 1998 buses used the blue back lighting on the RTS and Orions. Those even looked better than the orange and blue we have now Oh, I know what you're talking about. You could clearly see them at night, even though it was just a little. lol, did the bus on the QM17 (3360) have one of it's doors from a D4500CL and one from a D4500CT? anyways, nice shots. the M15 sign looks hideous, blue and orange is one of the worst combos. Thanks man. Essentially, that is what indeed happen, in addition to them taking the blue stripe off the CT door. 2226 (a CT has the same setup), although this looks more out of place than 3360's: 2008 MCI D4500CT 2226 on the X10 at 57 Street/Madison Avenue by BM5 via Woodhaven, on Flickr
MHV9218 Posted July 24, 2015 Share #6 Posted July 24, 2015 Amazing 8756 is still alive, especially with that ancient coat of paint from '06 or '07 I believe. Speaking of which, shame 3754 lost its blackback, but it does look clean.

Speaking of which, shame 3754 lost its blackback, but it does look clean. 8756 really hasn't gotten a repaint in that long? Wow. The whole 3750's series had black backs before, but now they're all losing it too *sigh*. I wonder how long 6895 will also last with it.
