From NJ.com's trashy clickbait type slide slide show, here is the data:

BUS

1. Route 111 (New York - Elizabeth)                           129%

2. Route 308 (New York - Great Adventure/Jackson) 107%

3. Route 193 (New York - Wayne)                                92%

4. Route 139 (New York - Lakewood)                           85%

5. Route 135 (New York - Freehold)                             77%

RAIL

1. NEC  (New York - Trenton)                       88%

2. NJCL (New York - Bayhead)                     54%

3. M&E  (New York/Hoboken - Western NJ) 48%

LIGHT RAIL

1. HBLR (Hudson County)  33%

I'm kinda surprised not to see the 126 making it on the top five considering passenger volume and relatively short operating distance.

BUS

1. Route 95 (Watchung - Newark)                               3.3%

2. Route 612 (Princeton Junction - Lawrence)            3.7%

3. Route 329 (Secaucus Junction - Harmon Cove)     4.1%

4. Route 655 (Princeton - Plainsboro)                        4.4%

5. Route 419 (Camden - Burlington)                           6.8%

RAIL

ACRL (Philadelphia - Atlantic City)     19%

LIGHT RAIL

River Line (Camden - Trenton)          10%

95 is temporary because of the Pulaski Skyway lane closures, 419 is cutting the length of the route and is only running from Camden to Riverside.  And 655 is cut completely
