Reroute due to Tunnel to Towers Run Happens every year... The detour sucks royally... Takes FOREVER to get into the city... I stopped going to the city when that detour happened for that reason. Also appending "rare" gets the views. Why did the operator slowed down upon entering the Holland Tunnel? Narrow lanes. isn't it illegal to film in those tunnels? They come out of the Holland Tunnel and make their way to West St, then head south on West Street and then come around that way to make stops Downtown, which is why it takes FOREVER to get anywhere if you're heading to say Midtown.
