MysteriousBtrain Posted November 26, 2015 Share #2 Posted November 26, 2015 Most B division lines are longer train length than the A division, so B for me. Sucks I don't live near the concourse line anymore.

CenSin Posted November 27, 2015 Share #9 Posted November 27, 2015 I don't pick my favorites by division, but by the merits of individual routes. My overall opinion of the A division is higher though due to the frequency of service and the quality of express runs.

TransitJusticeForAll Posted November 27, 2015 Share #12 Posted November 27, 2015 I love all my subway lines just as long as MTA keep providing service for this growing city.
train fanatic 12 Posted November 28, 2015 Share #13 Posted November 28, 2015 I prefer B division because there's more spacing inside the subway car and there's 4 doors. The A division can not cope with crowding due to platforms and clearance between tracks being narrow. A division has 3 doors and can fit a capacity less than 20 or 30 people. How the hell did you come up with that one? An R62A car, with half cabs, has a seating capacity of 44. An R142 B car has a capacity of 40, and both can fit many more standees. The A division cars are 50 feet long, which is longer than your average bus, and even the shortest type of bus (30 feet) has more capacity than that.
