ttcsubwayfan Posted June 9, 2016 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2016 I was in Toronto yesterday, by the harbourfront, and took some photos. Hope you enjoy. Toronto Transit Commission 4400 - 04 by Andrew P., on Flickr From 2006 to 2012 this car was the only tram in the fleet with air-conditioning, and until 2014 was the only revenue service car with A/C. It was installed experimentally as part of a larger overhaul which was eventually cancelled. This car was one of 6 prototypes for the CLRV fleet that were built in Switzerland. 4002 was the first car to run in service, and is also the final Swiss CLRV that I was missing from my photo collection (the very last one, 4005, has not existed since July 2015, unfortunately).
