Seen here is a 2008 Orion VII (2nd Gen) #6904 Floral Park-bound Q43 Bus @ Hillside Ave/161 St. I am guessing that these buses were transferred from some bus depot to the Queens Village Bus Depot to start wiping out some of the 1st Generation Orion VII buses.
