Lance Posted August 19, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 19, 2016 Two New Jersey Transit buses collided Friday in a horrific t-bone crash in busy downtown Newark, killing one person and injuring at least 19 others, some of them critically, officials said. Newark Mayor Ras Baraka said the person who died was one of the bus drivers, and that seven of the injured were in critical condition. Chopper footage shows one bus smashed into the other, crumpling the multi-ton vehicle like an accordion and spewing glass on the ground amid mangled chunks of metal.
