TransitJusticeForAll Posted September 25, 2016 Share #1 Posted September 25, 2016 *READ THE DESCRIPTION* Taken on 9/20/2016. Seen here is the exclusive preview look of the 2015 New Flyer XD40 #7454 Q70 Limited Bus, all wrapped up and ready for the upcoming Q70 "LaGuardia Link" +SelectBusService, debuting on September 25th, 2016. Normally, I would do a commentary of the upcoming Q70 +SBS, but this video speaks for itself. All stops are kept. LGA Airport-bound buses will stop where the Q47 used to stop. Marine-Air Terminal-bound Q47 Buses stops in front of the Subway Station, where the Q70 used to stop. The design is awesome and is the first MTA Bus Company to recieve +SBS status. Enjoy. QM1to6Ave Posted September 25, 2016 Share #2 Posted September 25, 2016 Very cool! Will the destination sign read out "LaGuardia Link"? Or is that just for the wrapping?
MysteriousBtrain Posted September 25, 2016 Share #3 Posted September 25, 2016 Very cool! Will the destination sign read out "LaGuardia Link"? Or is that just for the wrapping? It flashes the link sign (rather than +Select Bus) and then presents a few new destination codes like other SBS routes.
Eric B Posted September 25, 2016 Share #4 Posted September 25, 2016 Is it actually flashing colors (red/amber), or is that some sort of "exposure" effect?
