LOL... I have to say that I've never used NICE when I've gone to Long Island and I rarely see them when I'm out there, so they must be an endangered species.

Hehe. "Endangered species" Good way to put it with the amount of service they provide. If you can't stand the MTA, then you will lose your shit with NICE.

Depends on which area you go to.

Haha, people like to rip on NICE but they provide more service than Westchester Beeline and Suffolk County Transit.

That is the sad truth.

 

In some cases, they provide better service than Bee-Line as well....Bee-Line buses are random as f**k sometimes.

Bee-Line buses MADE me get a car. Couldn't take it any more.

I've taken the n6 articulated buses going to Hempstead and they handle the crowds at 168th Street and 179th Street (F) stops well. There's still the issue of getting the people at the terminal to go over to Jackson to catch the articulated buses, then again people at HTC always seem oblivious.
