Honestly… when I picked up, I was in the middle of something and was actually expecting a telemarketer or some scam call… I literally only answered to screw with them because I was in a mood. I even answered in a funny voice, only to nearly drop the phone when I heard the automated message. -

Anyone had to choose between Bus Operator and Train Operator? I made a list of pros and cons. Am I missing something? Bus Operator (Pros) - Not working in tunnels/Get to see sunshine - Less supervision and drama - Friendly coworkers - Depot within walking distance of home Bus Operator (Cons) - Low starting pay ($12 less hourly) - Bad for your body - Dealing with customers Train Operator (Pros) - Good pay at start - No customers Train Operator (Cons) - Heavy supervision/High drama - School Car - Terminals Far Away - In tunnels all day -
All b/o’s hired in my class 9/10 were in Zerega today. They start line training tomorrow. All Bus Company operators are going to JFK, Far Rockaway, or Spring Creek. There was also no availability for Queens for the new TA operators either. They all got sent to Brooklyn or Staten Island and have to wait for next pick.
