After I got off Howard Beach I took picture of bus signs. Casey Stengel, Jamaica, Queens Village were doing shuttle buses. I got on Jamaica Nova RTS-06 #9532 Rockaway Park Local Shuttle Bus departed Howard Beach at 10:35, cut across empty parking space, and made sharp right turn to Aqueduct Rd, Lefferts Blvd, Cross Bay Bridge, Beach 98th St. (There were about 4-5 SURFERS ONBOARD THE LOCAL SHUTTLE BUS! (This time B/O didn't have to show ID. Nice B/O let one passenger and surfer off at Beach Channel Drive, then Rockaway Beach Blvd/105th St, then went non-stop to Rockaway Park-Beach 116th St. It was good to see my favorite place, shuttle bus pass by, which is Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. (Also there was nervous African lady (black) and she was being very kind by Asian lady (White) because nervous lady never use the bus and she took local shuttle bus instead of Far Rockaway express.) Arriving Rockaway Park-Beach 116th St @ 11:01. Total time: 31 minutes. After Shuttle Train After I bought Double Cheeseburger, Fish Nibbers to GO, and Orange Soda in 20oz with little taste (finish cheeseburger) at WhiteCastle, I took picture of Queens Village Depot logo, and nice van driver let me take me picture because I did not see the street in front of bus. I got on Queens Village NOVA RTS-06 #9552 as (X) Howard Beach shuttle bus departed 11:52, arrive Howard Beach @ 12:18. Total time: 26 minutes. After I got off Queens-bound at 5th Av/53rd St When I didn't see the Madison Av local, I decided to catch M2 LTD, but when I got to 51st St, M2 LTD was caught on 51st St light with BxM2? on Mad Av? and lucky for me, RTS-06 on M2 LTD pull over and left 53rd St @ 15:43, arrive 79th St @ 15:51. FamousNYLover Posted November 10, 2008 Author Share #2 Posted November 10, 2008 AFTER METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART I got on Amsterdam Orion 07.501 Hybrid #6724 M1 departed 5th Av/80th St @ 18:02, arrive 59th St @ 18:11. Total time: 9 minutes. I help at MetroCard heet entry at 59th St ber. East Drive & 6th Av until 19:35 regardding no trains on 60th St tunnel. MTA Trucks Two Orion 05.501 on Q32 show up at 59th St/Mad Av same time, but i got on Casey Stengel #541 departed 20:04, arrive Queens Plaza/28th St @ 20:12. Total time: 8 minutes. ENJOY IT!
