Wanted to share Today's Experiance if this can be forwarded to command:
Took the 1:40 PM QM5 out of Gln Oaks. Everything was fine until we arrived at Union Turnpike and Parsons BLVD. Wheelchair person attempted to board the bus, and the lift broke down on a NEW bus{1}
