    It would be nice if transit didn't govern the damn buses to 40. These buses move too slow being capped so low. Driving at 55 feels slow imagine 40

    They wanted the artic Xcelsiors in Brooklyn when they were doing the B38 and B1 conversions since the Xcelsior is already in Brooklyn and no new orders were delivered.

    I wouldn't say that just yet, if them XDEs get pulled those may come too.

    Most people are probably just taking the B6. The 6 has the benefit of bringing people to the IRT where as the 82 is just the Broadway and 6th ave lines (both suck ass during the weekend compared to the IRT)

    I think ridership doesn't warrant the service running weekends. The limited only ran during the rush hrs and now they have the SBS running all day.

    I wouldn't be too quick to ax the B63 overnight since that is the only N/S (or w/e it would be considered as ) route for many of the places it serves at that hour.

    There's only about 30 at most in the depot not counting the sbs 76xx

    Problem is, cuomo didn't create the scheme. HE only expedited it being rolled out. Highly doubt the scheme is getting reverted back.

    This is something that may be done during the summer. Usually when the school is open the maps would reflect the trippers

    Roof A/C, backup camera, sliding rear doors, different seats, and different seating layout to name a few cosmetic changes.

    It happens but not as much as the local bus. Some drivers just don't want to be bothered. I had a kid try to board a BM1 using the old school "can I can a ride", and the driver wasn't having it.
