  1. I know i'm late on this, but what if there was Arts For Transit on them?
  2. Saw a NABI 35-LFW (Thanks for that mtatrain) On the 41 to Buckingham Pond today. It's been a while since they have even used short buses on there, but even when they did they always used the Gilligs. Also it looks like the NABI on the 18 is here to stay, because I saw it on the same run today. @mtatrain No, it was a regular blue Gillig Hybrid. @mark No no..... On almost all of the specials they use 06's and on pretty much all of the albany based routes during rush hour.
  3. Saw a 2011 Gillig Hybrid on the 13, and and (what I believe to be) an O5 on the 18.
  4. If it's not too late to add them, why not add a "Changing Subway Map" which is pretty much an electronic subway map on the trains, which changes with service advisories. EX: No between 59th St and 42nd St, the map would not display service on the between 59th St and 42nd St.
  5. If the is swapping cars with , and it comes out even, what is the going to do when the extension to 34th opens up?
  6. I would assume thhere is scheduled mainteniance, but I really don't know.

  7. Ok, so the 57X was the one from Rotterdam?
  8. Has anyone else noticed that on the english 6th Ave FASTRACK posters Roosevelt Island is attached to Queens? And even more odd its not on the spanish ones....
  9. I've been looking for some record of it, and I can't find any, except a few signs downtown that say "57X" on them. Any information about it would be great.
  10. Regarding 6th Ave FastTrack when is the first going to or coming back from Queensbridge? Because I would love to be on the first revenue service train that runs on SAS
  11. Due to a signal problem all uptown and trains are rerouted along the line from Jay St to West 4th St. trains are still running normally in thiss corridor.
  12. First off, still, I would single track it. Also, regarding the cancelation you have to provide service to every station, along the route of the given the current lines. So extennding the ( from 145th St to Norwood would cover that section while the is running. Like that.
  13. I would probably just send the up through the downtown side, even with the delays. NEXT The gets canceled.
  14. Signed as runs between TQ and Queensboro All LIRR City Terminal Zone trains that go through Woodside are re-routed through Hunterspoint OR Atlantic Terminal. Rerouted from WTC to Ozone Park Lefferts Blvd Running local. Extended from Euclid Ave to Rockaway Park Suspended <A> Suspended Extra (Q7) Service Tickets to Zone 1 are now $2 cheaper Runs at half of its current headway and runs between Flushing and 74th St, setting up extended platforms so that 74th can be acsessed. Add 1 extra car to all Queens Blvd and trains that stop at Atlantic Ave, and have it so that there trains pull up a half car up, so that all cars can be acsessed. Port Washington branch trains run only to Mets-Witles Point. NEXT Atlantic Ave/Atlantic Ave Pacific St/Atlantic Terminal are being re-done. No trains can stop or pass through.
  15. No service between 34th st & 14th St Via Lex Ave LOCAL No service between 42nd St & Chambers St To Phelam Bay ALL TIMES Suspended Extra Service Extra Service BxMn7 Service runs local down Westchester Ave during rush hours. NEXT Willamsburg Bridge is closed due to structural problems.
  16. I also saw an going to Whitehall. Not sure if the other ones were because I took that one. And this morning there was a that kept switching back between 7th ave & Lexington Ave. I looked on the express track and there was another so that might be why. Don't know which one it took tough because I couldn't risk it and took the that was right behind it.
  17. Saw the R188 @Corona signed as a Also I saw an R62 leave signed as a And later I saw R62's and a few redbird going OOS on the towards Manhattan at about 82nd. And of course the installation of CBTC on the over the weekends
  18. I was about to ask the same question. Even when service came back, the stopped.
  19. PABT can handle Limited service.
  20. Hey, here's one for everyone 59th St Columbus Circle & 42nd St Times Square are destroyed. No trains can stop or pass through. How do you re-route service? Also Remember that you CAN use Shuttle Bus service, but there are only so many extra buses.
  21. Are the 179's also supposed to retire the 46'es?
  22. Oh and of course the and would run local in Brooklyn.
  23. - Suspended - Runs normal route to Dekalb Ave, then follows the tunnel to Broad St, then the would follow up and go to Middle Village. - Uses 6th ave and 53rd St tunnel Goes to Manhattan via Manhattan Bridge. Runs all times. - Shuttle from Astoria to Queensboro Plaza. ( - Runs all times. Goes down from Brighton Beach to Coney Island, where it then follows the Sea beach line to 59th St. No service from 72nd St to 34th St. Only runs to 96th St. Shuttle from 148th to 135th. Extended to Crown Heights at all times Extended to Flatbush Ave all times. End at GCT. (Duh.) Suspended. (Duh.)
  24. In the original plans the was supposed to be extended up to 125 st along 2nd ave. Now that the was extended to Astoria... What now? Are they just abandoning the idea all together? Because it seems lie a very good idea to have two trains under 2nd ave, especially one going down 7th, so people won't have to transfer.
  25. Q50 LGA-JFK Does not depart 1AM-5AM (7 days a week) Runs every 30 minutes,20 during weekends. Runs with Orion VII equipped with luggage racks. Via Junction Blvd & Woodhaven Blvd
