I'm a new signal maintainer helper, and I've been on the job for about 8-9 months now. I've been written up for being late once, and one other time I've been docked 5 minutes without being written up. In total I've been late 2 times, with one time being written up. Will this get me fired at the end of my probation period? If not how come?
