Also the LIRR is giving free rides between Woodside and Penn. I wish that they could done it at Flushing Main St but it might cause overcrowding and people taking advantage too much. At Woodside there are trains arriving every 5-7 minutes departing to Penn to reduce congestion. There might be work being performed south of Brooklyn Bridge plus it might be congestion of switches.
