  1. We propose routes and that's my Propose route people will ride it just the same instead of going through manhattan to catch a bus that you could of catch in the bronx
  2. I don't gotta stop using the same words at all and the bx15 stoping at e168 Street is only 1 block away from the orginal stop at e169 for bronx lebanon and your saying nobody travels the bus past 149 st so basically your that we shouldnt have a bronx bus to lga airport. Your saying people should travel to Manhattan to catch the bus to leave instead of having our own bronx bus to lga.
  3. It's never to late the bx15 limited makes alot of sesne to the airport the bx15 is already going to e149 it is already going to the hub and so is the limited your reason of why it shouldn't go to laguardia is not much of a reason and the bx26 and bx30 argument is not much if a answer either
  4. I think 3 bus should be extended The bx 26 should go to Riverdale 231 st station this would connect coop city and Riverdale it can go on goulden Ave and turn on reservoir Ave than go on sedgwick Ave and follow the bx1 route to 231 st and Broadway end route at 231 st and Broadway The bx30 should extend to bronx zoo instead of a random place like Pelham parkway The b15 limited should go to laguardia airport. The bx 15 local can end at the hub and make all stops. I would keep the bx15 limited stops expect for 166 street. After the limited reach the the hub I would let it turn left on e149 st and then turn right on brook Ave and take it down turn left on e134 st to enter 278 highway and then follow the m60 to laguardia airport Bx 15 limited stops after leaving fordham total 8 stops 1 st Barnabas hospital 2 e180 st 3 e tremont 4 claremont parkway 5 e 168 st 6 e163 st 7 the hub 8 brook Ave station 6 train Then follow M60 route
  5. @Q43LTD yes im looking at the same map you are. After you go across crossbay blvd by via pitkin ave the streets that the b14 would past on pitkin ave are 94 st 95 st 96 st 96 pl 97 st Centrville st / hawtree st and then you are in the casino by the A train aqueduct train station. The other idea for the b84 wasnt well recieve which is ok but what about this one extending the b14. Is this another bad idea because i honestly think the b14 currently ends no where significant to me at least.
  6. @Future ENY OP Very easy the mta makes tons and tons and tons of money just like how they made the b84 route and other routes they can do the same and the b84 is not a succesful route they can extend it and see if its a succes and if its not they can cut it back or get rid of the route. The fact remain that theres no bus in gateway mall that carrys you west in brooklyn. All the current routes in gateway mall carry you north. So areas like eastflatbush, georgetown, remsen village ,carnsie, marine park, and even if you live by kings plaza all have to pay two fares to go to gateway and its not even far. it doesnt matter if theres no demand for this route because they were not a demand for alot of bus route but they made them anyways. there is no proper connection between western brooklyn and gateway mall all those buses in gateway go north. people in those areas may want to go to gateway mall but because of the 2 fares zone they just might say forget it and go to kings plaza instead. And you said the b82 and b6 handle carnsie well honestly it doesnt cover much at all for example if i live at Ave N and E 93 st i gotta pay two fares the b82 and b6 is no where near by
  7. @Future ENY OP u said the b84 dont need to go to brooklyn college because you have the b6 and b103 but niether of those bus go to gateway mall if you live in east flatbush you have to pay 2fares just to go there thats 3 bus instead of just 2 but i do agree with you when you say the bus routes in east new york and cypress hills end at some odd places. @Q43LTD how is the b14 going to casino far it is literally 7 block after crossbay blvd im not sending the b14 to the rockaway blvd ozone park A train station i am making the b14 continue on pitkin crossing over crossbay blvd and run with the Q11 on pitkin ave and go to the aqueduct racetrack A train station and casino that is actually less time than going to rockaway blvd ozone park station. @Yankees4life sendin the b84 to broadway junction is pointless there is the b83 already that goes there you are goin to have 2 buses that begin at the same place and end at the same place and if you are planing on putting the b84 to run on pennsylvania ave that is going to be 3 buses going the same place the b20 and b84 and b83. Sendin it to brooklyn college would at least serve underserved street that no bus runs on like foster ave after kingshwy and ave D after remsen ave and east flatbush would not have a 2 fare zone to go to gateway. @B35 via Church i agree with you on having the b20 go to lefferts blvd air train station because the b20 end point is no where significant and it can also do the stops that the b15 doesnt do like crossbay blvd and A train station on the north conduit ave
  8. The b14 going to the casino is not far when the b14 goes across cross bay blvd via pitkin ave there is no more stop lights and it is just 7 blocks from crossbay blvd to casino The b84 going to brooklyn college to me is not a bad idea because every route in gateway mall does not carry you to east flatbush or flatbush or even carnsie and flatlands all the route in gateway goes north in brooklyn in area like east new york and Brownsville there is no route in gateway mall that carrys you more west in brooklyn it only carrys you north Also there is no bus route that runs on foster ave between kings hwy and remsen ave and there is no route the runs on ave D from remsen ave to linden blvd
  9. i think the b84 should be extended to brooklyn college i would keep the same route to new lots 3 train station and extend from new lots to brooklyn college and also i think the b14 should extend to the casino in queens B84 toward brooklyn college . make a left on new lots from cleveland st . Make a left on ashford st . Make a right on hegeman ave . Continue on hegeman and Make a right on linden and left on ave D . Continue on ave D and merge on foster ave . Continue on foster ave and make a left on kings hwy . Make a right on ave I . Take ave I to nostrand and make a right on nostrand ave . Terminate at ave H b84 toward gateway mall . Take ave H to kings highway . Turn left on kingshwy and right on foster ave .continue on foster and make a left on ave D .take ave D to linden blvd and make a right on linden blvd . Continue on linden and make a left on hegeman ave .continue on hegeman and make a left on cleveland st and then continue on current route to gateway mall i think the b84 runing on ave D and foster would be good because there is no bus that runs around there. B14 to the casion in queens the b14 should cut out the many turns that it does and just drive straight on pitkin ave with no turns i see that they did construction work in queens and now pitkin ave goes straight into the casino. I no that this will leave no busses on sutter ave and mother gaston blvd and dumont ave that it usually covers but i couldnt figure out what new route that can replace those streets a new but i didnt figure out that part yet but this is the route the b14 should drive below B14 to casino . Drive on eastern parkway . make a right on pitkin ave . Continue on pitkin all the way to casino b14 to crown hieghts . Make a right on pitkin ave . Continue on pitkin ave then make a right on howard . Make a left on eastern parkway and terminate at utica
  10. I had a idea of 2 bus route changes and 1 bus extension the first two buses are the b32 and b24 i think the two bus routes should slightly switch thier route I would have the b24 run on broadway to kent st and merge onto franklin ave continue on franklin ave and make a right on greenpoint ave continue onto greenpoint ave and make a left on 45 st and right on queens blvd terminate at queens blvd and 46 st by 7 train station B24 back to willamburg Drive on queens blvd make a right on greenpoint ave continue onto green point ave and make a left on franklin ave and then continue old b32 route to willamburg from there. The b32 to court sqaure in queens I would have the b32 make a left on broadway and a left on rodney ave cotinue on rodney ave and make a right on metropolitan ave continue on metropolitan ave then merge onto maspeth ave and make a left on kingsland ave continue on kingland and make a left on meeker ave and a right on mcguinness blvd continue on mcguinness over pulaski bridge onto 11th st continue on 11 st and make a right on 44 dr B32 to willamburg Make a right on 21 st and a right on 45 ave than make a left on 11 st take 11st over pulaski bridge onto mcguinness blvd continue on mcguinness and make a left on meeker ave continue on meeker ave and make a right on kingsland ave and then continue old b24 route to willamburg The last purposly is the b39 to extend it to metropolitan ave and union ave Via s5 st and union ave to metropolitan B39 to lower eastside via union ave and right on s4 st to willamburg then lower east side i think this is a short extension and there is not bus that run on union ave just a thought
  11. wow i was proposing some ideas but not sure if it would work but i was thinking they should make the b16 run the whole route on fort Hamilton parkway and create a new route on 13 ave and 14 ave the b34 The b34 would run from kensington where it would share terminals with b69 and b67 and terminate at bensonhurst since they buliding a target and other little things at ceasers bay shopping center. Southbound b34. Up mcdonald ave. Left on chruch ave. Right on 36 st. Left on 13 ave. Left on 86 st. Right on 14 ave. Left on cropsey ave. Right on bay parkway terminate on otherside of bay parkway by the wendys. Northbound b34 Up bay parkway Left on cropsey ave Right on 14 ave Left on 86 st Right on 13 ave Right on 60st Left on 14 ave merge onto chruch ave Right on mcdonald ave to cortelyou rd. And i also thought b3 should extend to ceaser bay shopping center by continuing on 25 ave to cropsey ave. And left on bay parkway terminate by wendys Northbound b3 Up Bay parkway Right on cropsey Left on 25 ave and continue regular route I know there is no demands for this but just a idea i was thinking it could fail or maybe be decent to just get by
  12. Can anybody tell me why the b16 doesnt run on fort Hamilton parkway to caton ave instead of turning off at 56 st and 14 ave.
  13. Oh i get it now its not a bad idea but the b7 to myrtle ave from coney island ave and kings highway thats kind of long but i argee with having a bus run down the whole strech of penn ave
  14. I think thats not a bad idea but if the b14 goes down penn ave what about the other portion of the b14 that runs on sutter ave to drew st
  15. I was thinking the b84 extending to crown heights via livonia ave left on rutland rd. Right on rockaway parkway merge onto buffalo ave and left on eastern parkaway then u turn like the b14 does
  16. @rick1032 those routes wouldnt work they are way to far in distance and long
  17. I was gonna terminate it wuthe b37 and since you dont like that idea what about b32 and b24 idea
  18. I agree with kingjunior34 there should be more route from brooklyn to manhattan we can have buses and train just like the other boroughs. We dont have to be traditional and say brooklyn always had a lot of train so it should just stay how it is forever theres nothing wrong with a change Q43ltd why dont you see it happening
  19. Every 20 mins and see how it turns out the ridership would come from flatbush ave from alantic terminal and since there no bus that runs on flatbush pass livingston this would be the first sometimes you have to experiment and try something theres no bus that goes pass livingston they all turn off its worth a try and houston st in manhattan would gain a lil ridership i think this would do better than the b39 route for sure i get that manhattan bridge has traffic but in my opinion the willamburg bridge is far far worst in terms of traffic and the current b24 route make no sesne it goes from brooklyn to queens back to brooklyn why not just terminate in queens and start at broadway and flushing it would be good since there no bus that runs on bushwick from flushing since the old b13 and there is no bus that runs on mc Guinness blvd.
  20. Yea but thats in manhattan this bus is coming from brooklyn
  21. I also had two idea one is to change the b32 route i would have the b32 run from willamburg to woodside queens B32 northbound .drive on broadway .right on kent ave eventually kent turns in franklin .right on greenpoint ave .take greenpoint ave (which eventually turns into roosevelt) to 62nd st make left on 62nd st terminate at 62nd st and roosevelt ave and B32 southbond back to brooklyn .left on 39 ave .left on 61 st .right on roosevelt (which eventually turns into greenpoint ave) .make a left on franklin .left on n14 st .right on wythe ave Left on broadyway to willamburg bridge plaza 2nd idea b24 from flushing ave and broadway to court sqaure queens B24 northbound .Right on flushing ave .left on buswick ave (whick eventually turns into woodpoint ave .left on frost ave .right on graham ave .right on meeker ave .left on mc guniess blvd .after crossing pulskai bridge drive on 11 st .right on 44 drive terminate at 44 drive and 21 st B24 southbound .right on 21 st .right on 45 ave .left on 11 st to pulaski bridge .drive on mc guniess blvd which turns in humbodlt .right on summer pl Terminate at broadway and flushing
  22. city point and the barclay center is starting to develop more so i thought about the b51 again and i know people gonna say no but i was thinking of the b51 running from barclay center to soho in manhattan last stop would be broadway and houston street. B51 northbound .starting point flatbush ave and alantic .run on flatbush ave to manhattan bridge .when it get off bridge its will go on chrystie st .make a left on houston street and left on broadway and terminate at broadway and houston. B51 southbound . Drive on broadway make a left on spring st .make a left on Lafayette st .right on houston .right on chrystie st .right on hester st .left on bowery st . Make left on manhattan bridge and take flatbush straight down to barclay center
  23. Future thoughts 1 train extend to broadway and 262 st 2 train extend to sheepshead bay 4 train to kings plaza 5 train to kings plaza 6 train to bayplaza i no that this one is very complicated to do and maybe cant be dont but it would be nice to have a train in that are and this one is the nearest one but once again maybe hard to do but would be nice 7 and the L train should extend to newark new jersey F train to queens village springfeild blvd and hillside via hillisde E train to jamaica ave and springfeild via jamaica j train to laurleton springfield and merrick via merrick
  24. I was considering having service on linden blvd since theres no bus runing on linden blvd so i thought of discounting the Q21 service to elmhurst and end it at jamaica 169 st i would have the q21 start at merrick and hillside .i would have it go down merrick blvd .right on linden blvd .right on rockaway blvd .stop inside the casino like q37 .continue back on rockaway blvd .left on crossbay blvd and continue regular route to howard beach
  25. I can agree with you in some points i was just trying to see if something can done about b24 the route just doesnt make much sesne any ideas
