I've always wondered why the northbound express track descends at 103rd Street on the . I see there's a 103rd platform on the upper and lower level both in use.

There's no service at Nereid Avenue. So the southern terminal is Marcy Street? I'd imagine it is, since they probably won't vary it like the and scenario you mentioned. I'd also imagine shuttle buses are running between Broad and Essex.
