    It's not really a big situation as Tuskegee is only taking one or two for the pm rush. It would be a crisis if they took more units everyday. Also, the D60's make up for the majority of their local fleet (89 d60's to just 38 novas, with 25 more set aside for the M86 SBS only) hence why you see more of the older units out.

    So Tuskegee is taking in loans from WF now during the PM Rush (ie 5464 and 5674 yesterday). Today's unit is 5673.

    Well, 5464 went back to WF. 5674 on the other hand went to KB.
