  1. As someone who rides them at least once a day, they are trash. They jerk too much when braking, ride quality is not great, and they’re just not the best built Xcelsiors we have in the fleet tbh.
  2. KB has them for training purposes as well as service
  3. 33rd would have the trains basically go to Queensboro to turn around Woodside would have trains skip 69th in both directions, plus reduced headways cause of the single tracking for 1-2 stops
  4. I actually saw it on one of the Yonkers Prevosts last week, so I guess maybe the Hanover buses still have it.
  5. Funny how those numbers were RTSs, now they’re LFSs. A real full circle moment lol
  6. From what I’ve heard, the M125 will be out of WF using artics and the Bx35 is going to KB. I get the M125 part because it’s replacing the Bx15 and the Manhattan depots are at capacity rn I think.
  7. It’s a different facility that the Prevost service facility. The HBLR literally passes it lol. There’s also a public walkway behind it for those of who want to go out there. I just don’t know what the nearest station is.
  8. They’re not gonna extend the (R). Why would you make the line longer than it has to be? Also, there’s no in Jamaica that weekend, so there has to be some kind of Manhattan service from Supthin Blvd for the tourists and whatnot
  9. That looks like the Gemini seats they have on 7110-7139, 7483.
  10. This is supposed to be a temporary change because when the construction is complete at JFK, they’re going to have them go back to the airport at a new permanent bus stop area. They haven’t figured out where yet tho
  11. If I remember correctly, it just said Midtown Penn Station (the same way the Q32 says). I remember seeing a picture of it recently.
  12. They changed the Q2 destination sign. It just says BELMONT PARK instead of Belmont Park/225 St. I haven’t seen the Q110 yet
  13. From what I heard, the plan is to have the M125 be based out of WF and use artics. I believe it’s because they will lose the Bx35, so they want to lose any runs or whatever.
  14. No, it’s 10. Since it’s technically running as a regular train, it should be a full length train
  15. I think the buses that aren’t fully built yet will have less seats, similar to what Greyhound has on their Prevosts. They will take out a row of seats or something like that.
  16. Apparently, New Flyer won the order for the 60 electric buses. I don’t know how ture this is, so don’t quote me on this.
  17. It was testing on the flats to train new T/Os, so it’s possible they may return next month.
  18. From what I heard, the MTA is evaluating it, maybe for future purchase.
  19. Not really, because they were in the final stage of launching since it was supposed to launch in Fall of 2020.
  20. I’ve heard when the redesign starts, the Bx35 is supposed to go to Kingsbridge and the M125 is supposed to be out of West Farms. Don’t quote me on it tho, just what I’ve heard through the grapevine.
  21. The only issue is Stillwell isn’t gonna be able to handle the and the together. It can barley handle the now lol
  22. The lease on those buses expired a couple months ago, so they were pulled from service
