    I was thinking that the W could be used for an extension down to South Brooklyn to help the D / R out in the West End line during rush hour.     The Bronx is not the MAIN idea right now, look it up online, do your research right now the focus is to get the Second Av Subway line finished in MAHNATTAN. The Bronx may or may not need another subway line. Once Phase one is finished then lets talk.

    It's possible all these R62's are heading to Westchester via the obviously. Probably some maintenance/car wash Westchester Yard is capable of doing for Livonia's R62 .
