  12. You do realize Oak Point is a vital CSX yard, right? We can't ship all our garbage to Selkirk. Acquiring the yard from CSX, electrifying it, and making it approved by the FRA and New York State would be too costly, and would hurt the states economy, and never would be allowed.

If the casino really wanted to have direct subway service, they just fund the creation of a southbound Aqueduct Racetrack platform, or build an overpass from N-Conduit southbound to the casino parking lot, and have people walk to the enterance. No need to spend god knows how much rebuilding an abandoned ROW when there are cheaper alternatives.
