I'm trying to put an exterior sign onto my signature, right? So every time when i try to click save change, why dose it keep saying error?

  First I tried to get the subway destination signage that someone did for me. I tried to put it in. It said error. Then I tried resizing it to 480 by 20. It still said error. What should I do?

  How did you try to resize it? Did you try to alter the coding in your signature?
  
  I've found Paint.net works decently.
