You need to work on stabilizing your font, like the 12:00 AM or the TO 34 ST-HUDSON because thats a very inportant key in making these signs. I also design but I'm not using a working PC for now.

Actually its a SEPTA fantasy sign.The stands for Broad-Ridge Spur and is yellow because those trains show yellow marker lights.

 

I also like this font better the the R160 one...

NEW RULES:

1) R160 Signs can have up to 20 Characters (not including the route)

2) Each Separate sign should not exceed 6 frames (this does not include blank sign frames)

3) I only make signs between 6pm and 10pm GMT (1pm and 5pm EST, 9am and 1pm PDT)
