i got the email that they receive my canvass letter but they didn't call me for the drug test i don't know what's going on with them

i don't know what it is, why did they respond to me later on that day on the 17th saying they received my application... now I'm thinking like did i do something wrong or right how come you guys didn't get a email saying they receive your application this is the exact email they sent me guys....i sent the response back on the 17th at 531pm they sent this back at 608pm let me know guys what y'all think.. love Good evening, Be advised that your application has been received and forwarded to the hiring analyst for review and consideration. i receive my canvassing letter too on the 3/10 i replied on the 3/17 then later on that day i got a email saying that they received my pre-employment application & its been transfer to the hiring analyst . too I'm still waiting to hear something back from them ....idk what's next like i filled out all the information that they needed on those forums carefully
