  1. I just got the canvas letter for exam 9627 structure maintainer group B. I filled everything out as best as I could and emailed it back. I just tried calling the number on the canvas form to confirm they received it, but I get a different voicemail every time I call? Anyone else having this issue?
  2. Hey dac9050, without posting the actual forms make sure you have the following. Original ss card Cdl permit or license Photo id regular license As far as information the hardest part is employment history. I had to go to the social security office and pay 140 bucks for my enjoyment history printout. The second hardest part, which is confusing to me and I'm hoping youngnyc can help me clarify, is the driving record. Hopefully he'll have some clarification on this part.
  3. hey youngnycfan, maybe you can help me out with a previous question I posted, . I'm filling out the motor vehicle license information and it asks if I have any serious moving violations, it doesn't give a time frame (within 3 years etc). Now I know Ive had moving violations a very long time ago but don't remember the dates or years. I pulled my driving abstract online and it shows nothing? what do I write down here? It states that we will be "thoroughly investigated" and that if we lie we will be disqualified. I don't have any need to lie but I don't remember a speeding violation from 12 years ago? Maybe you can help me out with a question from earlier:

  5. Fyi Rcvd my 4600 appearance letter and have to go in next week with documentation. Number is just under 200. Also anyone know the answer to my previous post? I have two friends that are suing the MTA for an accident they were involved in.does anyone know if this will disqualify them from employment with the MTA?
  6. Two of my friends who have also taken the 4600 exam had recently been involved in an accident where a bus had hit them. They weren't seriously injured but they are suing the MTA. Are they going to be disqualified because of the law suit?
  7. If you contact dcas, the same number you called to get your list number, there's an option to hit for change of address. It gives you all the instructions on how to change your address
  8. Yeah that definitely didn't sound correct.
  9. Hi everyone, congrats on passing the exam. I have a list number of 192 but did not receive the letter yet. It states on the website that everyone should receive letters by the end of the month, so hopefully it should be here soon. Good luck to everyone
