Can someone help me please. A few weeks ago i went to pre employment but i did not have my SS card. they told me to call back when i got my SS card to reschedule a date to start the hiring process.. i keep trying a few numbers but it always goes straight to voice mail... does anyone know what I need to do to get the hiring process started again?

Anyone recently take the medical within say like the last year or so? If so send me a private message please, I have a question or two I would like to ask. Thanks, much appreciated.

Does points on your drivers license matter?I know with bus operator you can’t have more then 4 points. Does the same apply to train operator with points on your license?

Hey question. On the NOE it says 1 year continuous work history that has been continuous with 1 employer... does that mean that has to be a current job or can it be a previous job in the past? Thanks.

Might not be dismissal. You must disclose it to them tho within I think it’s 48 hours. U can easily just fight it and delay the date until u clear probation.

Oh never mind. I scrolled up at your old post and saw it say June of 2015. Your good. It’s 3 years from violation day. So your good. Plus your good if it’s only 4 points anyway even if it wasn’t 3 years.

What date in 2015 did u receive the violation?

I don’t want to be called for the next class either. I want to be removed from the list until further notice. I want the option to come and reinstate myself whenever I am ready. How do I do that?

Question. If one gets called for train operator to bring pre employment how does one delay without being removed from the list?

Thanks man. Doesn’t the ticket stay on your abstract for the rest of the calendar year after 3 years tho. Like let’s say u get a ticket September 5 2010. Doesn’t it stay on your abstract until Jan 1 2014? The 3 years from sept but then it stays on the rest of the calendar year. Is this true?

They check back 3 years for points on your driving abstract I heard. Is this correct and does it go by date of offense or conviction for the ticket? Thanks.

Jamaica depot isn’t too bad. I am not in that depot but know someone there. Most of their lines go through the hood though. And parking at the depot isn’t the greatest. 2 good things about that Depot is most of the streets on the routes are wide open streets. Not a lot of tight narrow streets on their routes. 2nd good thing about that depot is the way they have the book set up to get days off. You can book a day a year in advance which is sweet. You will learn what I mean by that when you get there. In the TWU depots you can only book 30 days out. My depot is 3 months which is good but a year is better lol. Good luck my friend.

When you go for medical I know you take a health questionarie. A buddy of mine going to be called soon from the list but he has a small back problem and suffers from mild depression which he gets medicine for. Should he answer the questions honestly or just lie? Does the MTA check you medical history or are they not allowed to by law?

No you can not qualify on day 6. U have to be perfect day 6 to be able to qualify on day 7. And you are allowed a maximum of 2 road tests. You get 2 road tests if you qualify on day 7 or 9. If you qualify on day 10 you only get 1 shot at the road test. Unless they changed it from last year lol. Good luck my friend.
