  1. Upwards of 3 months and then you have to wait more for your name to be reestablished on the list
  2. If hes coming from wheatley heights he should be on train 2005 during the weekdays which has the first atlantic terminal getting him in around 5:55am. Should be fine. If they ever surprise you with a weekend class that would be where the challange comes in. Thats when trains don't start rolling in until around 6:40.
  3. When you have your name put back on the list it is restored by DCAS not the MTA. It could take DCAS up to 2 months before your name is restored to the list and just a little bit longer for the MTA to resend you the paperwork to come in for PE. Going to livingston with just get you the same response of having to go to DCAS to get your name restored.
  4. They processed around 1200 for preemployment, and according to other posts are around 310 for medical, with the next class being July 9th the next batch of emails for medical hopefully go out next week.
  5. Cause there's nothing to post everyone is waiting for the OPA, PE, or Medical
  6. It could go both ways, you could have 6 wrong like you originally thought, you just have to wait and see
  7. I hope it just means no more provisional classes but the rest are perm classes. Here's to hoping!
  8. I did mine 5/30 just got to be patient man. I'm sure as soon as soon as the next wave of emails for medical go out people will start posting
  9. That's what they said to me as well, but eventually we'll get to top pay, I'm in no rush
  10. Its pass fail results. If you failed then yes you are disqualified from the hiring process however,if you did good on the first part I wouldn't worry to much about the second. So long as you spoke as clear as possible and weren't responding in a foreign language I don't think you will fail.
  11. I wonder if I can have the test done in advance as my neck is 18" but i'm 6 1/2 feet tall so I always have a bit more of everything lol
  12. There is,ranges from $6 to $20 an hour and they all fill up pretty quick
  13. June 4th is a conductors class. She said yesterday July 9th is the only class set in stone but they are working on an august class
  14. Because they have to prioritize list numbers, lowest first, they schedule the classes so they would know they have to get him in for a DT. I don't think they would wait until the last second either
  15. No was here April 13th as well for pre employment for C/R list 6601
  16. I am here now 6:45a for the pre employment, we are waiting outside with about 20 people in front of me, I hope it goes as quick as it did for me for conductor got out at 1p last time but didn't get here until 7:15a last time, oh the joys of doing pre employment again! 😂
  17. Bring whatever letters and notifications you can from your PCP or specialists. The MTA loves using medical to weed out anyone they can and they will more then likely send you back to your doctor anyway.
  18. I'm actually 5xx and recieved mine wed to come in this wed for pre employment, If you don't get it in tuesday's mail I would say call them cause you might be due to come in wed like me
  19. You should be good so long as you bring the note stating it was prescribed. Plus they give you a chance to list any prescribed meds on their sheet as well
  20. Train operator can works yards where the equipment is layed up and not in revenue service "T/O (Yard)" or they can work the lines where the train is in service and getting passengere "T/O (Road)"
  21. Got my pre employment letter today, but it say provisional for T/O (Yard) I don't want to work yards though
