Well the stairs are actually on both sides I believe. Just didn’t make sense to me that they don’t let people out at the first set of stairs so people can catch the train if they get stuck behind the red light. A couple of bus drivers do it though.

Is there a particular reason the B9 on Avenue N and McDonald avenue has its stops at the wrong side of the street? The Bay Ridge bound one stops after the traffic light so passengers can end up missing the F train, and the same problem on the Kings Plaza bound side. Why can’t they make it like on Avenue X and the other stations where the bus stops before the traffic light?

Geez forgive me for suggesting something 🙄. I did not know it was discussed before.

Real talk question but why is there not a bus route that travels from the start of Neptune Avenue in Coney Island, then along Emmons Avenue toward Knapp Street, then up Knapp Street to Kings Plaza? The B4 stops short and with this sort of route you would give Coney Island/Brighton Beach/Sheepshead Bay riders a direct route to this mall, and provide some sort of bus service on Knapp (which is such a pain to get to). The B4 can instead continue straight down Avenue Z instead of doing whatever nonsense it currently does, and this route could replace service along Neptune. Something like this:
