  1. If you have it bring it. Social security card birth certificate drivers license passport etc. anything that can identify yourself.
  2. Congrats to everyone getting in. I been on for about 3 months now and it’s the best job I ever had. No lie. Don’t get me wrong there is some stuff I don’t agree with but it is what it is. Once again congrats to everyone. And in the word’s of my dad who was a 43 year veteran of MTA as a track worker. “Don’t be a hero, a hero is a sandwich you can buy at the corner store”.
  3. Yes you can work for the city with criminal convictions. I Have a good friend who commited a serious federal crime did about 15 years and is working for the MTA now. From what he told me they just check all your court records etc.. just be patient. A criminal past shouldnt reflect on your hiring. No one is perfect. Good luck buddy. @Mandrew
  4. Where can I find that seniority list? @Xkramz
  5. Hahahahah. Facts @Xkramz feels like I'm walking with cinderblocks on my feet. Smh.
  6. Congrats. Nice we will be in the same class. They take two pictures. One in that room for your pass and another when you get fingerprinted. That fingerprint/picture lady is mad cool.
  7. Yes that's it you can go. Thankfully my Hr person was out his office after my fingerprints and photo. Just gave it to him. When is your class?
  8. No Nov 27 th. @iwilson71792 I probably seen you there today. Lol that breathing test sucks. Smh.
  9. Just got out of there 6 hours later now I'm a MTA employee.
  10. Thank you. But that is not my exact number it's in that range but not it.
  11. Just got off the phone with Mrs. Robinson inquiring about my status since I did the preemployment on aug 28 Said there at number 1760. I'm 195*. 190 more. Called about 2 weeks ago and she told me that they were at 1640 so it's moving. Can't wait to get started.
