Exactly, I'm not saying R160s will return back to CIY when R211s arrive but I'm saying there is 50/50 chance. we will will see and we are not sure tbh.

R211s are expected to arrive for testing in Q3-Q4 2020, but it will be in Service in 2021, I Agree we will see. Me Personally is 50/50 Chance.

R211s are expected to arrive in 2021 NOT 2025, R211s are all CBTC Equipped so I would Say that there is 50/50 Chance that R160s might be swapped back to it's home yard in Coney Island when R211s are in service in Next Year.

You're right, to be honest i don't know much about pataki but pataki looks much nice person compare to cuomo and trump. Yes, Republican Governorship would be a Trainwreck for NY.

Pataki was Better and Decent Man compare to Cuomo and Trump, also NY under Pataki he even proposed a High Speed Rail that runs from NYC to Montreal/Toronto, but i prefer a Progressive Democrats like Cynthia Nixon and AOC to become a Governor of NY, Stringer for NYC Mayor and Bernie for US President.

it was even stated back in January 2019 that R211 will be in conjunction with QBL CBTC, CBTC in QBL will be fully completed and activated in Q4 2021 that time R211s will be on service. I Hope and Wish for R160s to be return back to it's same home (Coney Island Yard) that was swapped out.
