They gave me a vaccination form to fill out but they never collected it. There giving vaccinations Wednesday's and Thursdays, I was never told vaccine's are required while I was there. Also all the track workers who were there were in the 400s

I also took drug test August 24th. Was contacted through email 2 days after to go in at 6:30 am for medical and finger printing tomorrow the 7th

I don't have a license or driver's permit so I left that section blank. They emailed me yesterday to just write NONE AND NOTHING PENDING and send my application back to the email of the person overseeing my application. List # 4XX
