  1. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/slice-of-20m-federal-bus-grant-is-coming-to-densely-populated-nj-cities/ar-AA1e8UjO This would be more exciting if NJT hadnt completely dropped the ball with the other plans...
  2. I saw a Coach bus at 9:30pm last week and it looked to be at 60% capacity. Insane cuts. And neither NJT nor Newark have any plans to help.
  3. Paging NJT, paging NJT https://newjersey.news12.com/newark-residents-voice-concerns-about-coach-usa-cutting-bus-services
  4. How long do you see each transaction taking compared with OMNY?
  5. Do you mean they just run the two buses together at the same time?
  6. Is there a reason why line 319 has two buses from JC/Newark to AC but only one trip back?
  7. A huge problem is that NJT acts like the private routes dont exist but they impact the service NJT offers
  8. Seems theres no point in putting thoughts down when NJT appears to have abandoned the project
  9. Thats 99% the faulty of NJT. The fare system is ridiculous.
  10. The Newark Airport Express is STILL running on a Covid schedule! Was every 15 minutes, now its every 45 and ends at like 10pm.
  11. This isnt true at all. It gets absolutely packed at Market/Broad and Lincoln Park for folks going to/from airport. Ive never ridden it to Bloomfield, but it always arrives to Military Park mostly empty and then gets completely full at the next two stops. And ts 20000% more reliable than the 62 because it actually maintains a timetable. I frequently see the 62 with 50+ minute gaps when its supposed to be every 15 minutes. And Sundays are the busiest day at any airport...if anything, Sundays should have the most service.
  12. The Go28 is losing two round trips a day. Edit, 6 buses cut on Saturday. Ridiculous. Is there no requirement to inform people of such large service cuts? Saying ". Schedules have been revised" is incredibly misleading
  13. Article doesnt offer an answer to the question on why theyre now a year late. "These things take time" explains the very slow initial timeline, not the extended delays
  14. The new Terminal A at EWR was delayed until January, so the buses get another month of not being screwed over
  15. Apparently the new EWR Terminal A opens next week. Did anyone bother to tell NJT? No schedules are posted. Nor can I see a roadway connecting the bus stops in the new and old terminal loops.
  16. They finally fixed the gap After 10 years of suffering They finally fixed it
  17. As a rider, it certainly makes things slower for them >When you change trains at Secaucus, you need to scan the QR code on your ticket and walk through a gate? Why do they make you do that? Fare evasion hysteria. Its hard to collect everyons tickets in the short time between NYC and SEC, so the fare gates were installed to force collection
  18. If PATH was part of NJT, it would make sense to have more of those routes start in Newark instead of just 1 a day.
  19. Fright Fest buses have been posted a full 5 days in advance. What is odd is that the bus leaves NYC at 2:30.....but the park opens at 5:30pm on Friday??? How slow is this bus https://www.njtransit.com/sixflags
  20. I was expecting Coach to resume additional service this week, but nothing. They should absolutely lose their buses
  21. Fright Fest starts in 11 days... some of us like to plan ahead a wee bit
